Hi, I go by Huayu. I am a college student who likes reading Chinese BL webnovels.

Recently, my English-speaking friends have gotten into Chinese webnovels too, and I wanted to recommend them some of my favorites, except some of them have no translations. On the other hand, some of them have translations, but I personally think they could be better, so here I am.

I am not a professional translator, but I am fluent in both Chinese and English. I am also a writer, so I treat translation as an art. This, and the fact that I am a college student, means that my translations will be slow. However, I will try to make them as good as possible so they'll be worth the wait.

When translating, I try to keep the English text as close to the original text as possible, but sometimes language difference don't allow that. If that happens, I will prioritize preserving the emotions/feelings/"vibes" of the original text.
